Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data sura11 collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your own information as a Member of our platform.
Six core principles that underpin the way sura11 handles every piece of personal data entrusted to us by our Members across Indonesia.
Every data transmission between your device and sura11's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by international banks and financial institutions. Your login credentials, payment details, and personal information travel over an encrypted channel at all times.
sura11 collects only the data that is strictly necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with our responsible gaming obligations. We do not harvest data for sale to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. Data is shared only with carefully selected service partners — KYC verification providers, payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) — under strict contractual data-protection obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit a request to [email protected] and our compliance team will respond within five business days.
sura11 uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in securely, and analytical cookies to understand how Members navigate the platform — enabling us to improve the experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with legal obligations (minimum five years for transaction records and KYC documents following account closure). Data is securely purged at end of retention.
